SUMMARY

Once a year a medley of housemates, siblings and ex-lovees reunite at Christmas to eat, drink, make merry and reminisce about their University years - a time when it felt like nothing had a consequence. However, no amount of tinsel can mask the dark secrets and painful memories from the last 5 years that linger, like a hangover, silently at the heart of the group.

Starting at the end, the play weaves its way back over 5 years, ricocheting between laughter, tears and vomit. Though the characters may graduate from drinking games to playing the game of being 'grown ups', they still struggle with the consequences of what they have done to each other, and the devastation of what can't be undone.

After a successful run in Cambridge, Two Thirds has been reimagined for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival by directors Emily Layton and Miranda Slade.
