SUMMARY

Interruption is a completely new piece of theatre, devised by the ensemble in a crucible of creativity. Undertaking research into real memories, collected from members of the public, the cast learned about what it is that people think about in the split second before something terrible happens – that “rabbit in the headlights” moment.

As well as physical theatre, the piece employs a variety of theatrical styles and media for performance, including naturalism, soundscaping, poetry and moodscaping. With these methods, the ensemble have weaved a haunting and beautiful tale.
