Fin Kennedy's critically acclaimed play follows Charlie, a young executive, forced to go on the run after he is caught embezzling by his employers. Desperate and pursued, a shady family friend named Mike imparts to Charlie the most useful information he has learned in his long life: how to successfully disappear without a trace.

In a bid to escape the life he has created for himself, Charlie abandons everything, even his name – but Sophie just won’t leave him alone. Sophie is his coroner. Stripped of his identity, no longer certain of even his own mortality, Charlie runs further and further from the people who love him and the life he has known, to the very edge of existence.

2006 winner of the John Whiting Award for New Theatre Writing, ‘How to Disappear...’ is an energetic, fast-paced and exciting piece of modern theatre, performed by an acclaimed student company.
