Jack is a collector, but not of antiques, buttons or stamps... Jack is a collector of secrets. Fascinated by people’s happiness, excitement, darkness and shame, Jack begins a journey to unlock strangers' hidden truths and set them free. But what really lies beneath this obsession and how far is he willing to go to make his collection complete? Using beautiful movement and ensemble, Byteback Theatre return to the Fringe to tell this captivating story.

Byteback is a young theatre company from the North West of England. Byteback Theatre first performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2012 and received 4* reviews of their piece “Three Words”. They return in 2014 with “The Secret Collector”, the fictional account of a small island and the hidden stories of its inhabitants. From stolen letters to the darkest secrets of all, trace the intertwining lives of the island people through the eyes of Jack, the Secret Collector.
