The Birmingham Footnotes

SUMMARY

They say third time lucky, don’t they? Well, The Footnotes, the University of Birmingham's comedy society, are returning to The Edinburgh Fringe Festival for the third consecutive year. So let’s hope so.

The stakes are higher than ever this year, as they have secured a slot at the prestigious Just The Tonic, and the sketch troupe needs to raise funds to save the deadly yet nostalgic (and possibly proverbial?) ‘Old Mill’.

The Foontotes’ sometimes smart and often silly plan is to take you through the spectrum of sketches they’ve written this year, ranging from the significantly witty to the borderline idiotic, with through lines of high energy and a fascination with pop culture.

Admission: £6
