SUMMARY

A Dirty Pint Production by Brian Sonia-Wallace, Taylor Wallace & Jack McGowan

• The thousand faces of love, sex and masculinity wrap their lips around the dirtiest pint of all.

• Affordable pub-culture theatre brought out of the playhouse right to your Leith local.

• Opens a dialogue about alcoholism, safe sex and other contemporary social issues.

Midget porn. Gorilla hallucinations. Magic. Pregnancy fears. Rape fantasies. Alcohol. Transvestites in mid-life crisis...more alcohol?

This show is for anyone who has ever gotten pissed, pissed someone off, pissed in public, or just wants to piss himself laughing.

The Dirty Pint is the play. The Pub Crawl is the way. Pints will be poured. Songs will be sung, as one lonely gorilla stalks in the Edinburgh mist and a cast of misfits, misanthropes and misogynists, for better or worse, collide as a dirty pint of characters.

Drinks will sink these lost, lonely and luckless ships until the night goes belly-up. Confessions start spilling, and the beast at the door comes in...

Inspired by Charles Bukowski, Tucker Max, & David Foster Wallace's "Brief Interviews with Hideous Men" (1999), the show's team of actors, improvisers, magicians, writers, and whisky connoisseurs use a mix of storytelling and processional theatre techniques.

“Engaging and thought-provoking, ****”— The Tribe

“I felt...no, no, listen...I love you...I love you man...”— Frank

“You're doing what?”— Our Mums
