Yoga made in the USA?

Shri Shri has landed here and yoga isn’t going to be the same for the Brits.

Change We Can!

Blonde Compassion is set in London, England 2008-9. Shri Shri just doesn’t land here; she blows in like a hot LA heat wave. She’s neurotic, on the run, enraged with humanity and determined to become the world’s first living female saint with a Gucci bag.

Set in Golden Gate City Health Club and Spa, she struggles to transform her British beginner students. On the London Underground she meets, Freddie, a tube poet, and his answer to her frustration comes in self penned wisdom. Despite this things go from bad to worse.

Shri Shri is played by Mahny Djahanguiri who is also the writer.

This is Britain’s first play about yoga, America’s obsession with self- help and karmic redemption. There is no play so far that has scratched the surface of man's quest for self –realisation; the true meaning of yoga.

Yogamahny Productions is keen to provide the Edinburgh crowd with the ultimate yoga experience. They serve green tea and cakes provided in the foyer of the Princes Mall, and be sure to watch out for morning yoga classes on Princes Street.
