Since early 2009 :DELIRIUM: have been exploring the driving force behind human choices, behaviour and relationships. Our mission is to use seeds from everyday life to create characters who tell fast, highly physical, energetic, real and honest stories. Human behaviour and our ability for cognitive decisions and how they contrast with emotional or volitional processes inform the foundations of the work we create.

Our rehearsal process is distinctly collaborative, and has been described by participants as 'a refreshing departure from conventional rehearsal techniques'. The development of ensemble is an important aspect of the way in which we work, as we believe in the ability of the actor to be deeply creative when given the correct circumstances.

The members of the company have evolved over the past three years but now consists of a core team, made up of Oliver Kaderbhai as Artistic Director; Alex Lewer as Technical Director and Head of Marketing and David M Saunders as Composer.

Our past work includes 'In His Name', 'Your Nation Loves You' at The Old Vic Tunnels in 2010 and 'Go to Your God Like a Soldier' at The Old Vic Tunnels, The Edinburgh Fringe Festival and The Courtyard Theatre in 2011. Our forth major show, 'Oranges on the Brain' by playwright Joe Graham, ran at The Pegasus Theatre, Oxford (where we are supported artists) and at The Courtyard Theatre, London in 2012.
